Contact Me

To send me News, Sporting Events, Travel, Computer Tips/Questions or Advertisements, send e-mail to the editor at Editor@ColoradoDeaf.com

Note: I have a full time day job, and try to get news out to you as soon as I can. My day job is computer-related, so it's easy for me to check my e-mail several times throughout the day.

If you send me an e-mail and have not seen it distributed or posted for awhile, there may be several reasons for this... One, it may be an holiday/weekend and I'm out and about. Two, you may have send an attached picture (jpg, gif, pdf, Word) or mailed us a flyer that needs to be converted to HTML format for us to put on the website. Those take time - so please be patient.

All calendar events can be entered by anyone, so to help out, please enter your own events on the calendar. I will approve them so they show up - this is to prevent spamming or non-related events showing up on the calendar.

If you want an e-mail distributed out that has many pictures, I can only "save" 2 pictures. If you have more than 2 pictures in the e-mail, you must host them on your own server because it takes too much time for me to download the pictures from e-mail, and then upload to the ColoradoDeaf.com server, and then finally put them in the outgoing e-mail. It takes too much time.

Most e-mails will go out as I see them. I get hundreds of e-mails a week, so I usually copy and paste e-mails I receive and then distribute out. If you do not intend for e-mails to go out to the public, please clearly state so.

For Questions, technical difficulties, or if you wish to sponsor this website, please send e-mail to the me at Webmaster@ColoradoDeaf.com

Note: I try to keep e-mails separate for webmaster and editor. If you send announcements to the webmaster address, they may not be posted as quickly as if you were to send them to the editor account.
